The swimming pool is way too small for actual swimming. photos are misleading. Issues with housekeeping occurred daily, like dirty pillowcases left on tables and incomplete restocking of toiletries. The lack of hot water and no water at all one morning was a major inconvenience. Dining options close by 8:30 PM, which is disappointing for late arrivals. Also, the laundry service relies on third parties instead of an in-house solution.

i almost thought this place would be decent, but then i found ants in my room and the pool was way too cold for a dip. i mean, is it asking too much to expect a welcome gift or at least a smile? definitely not returning, so don’t get your hopes up, cascade hotel.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Cascade Hotel Bangkok. The staff's warm hospitality was a highlight, and the clean, modern Superior Double Room had a spacious layout with excellent bathroom amenities. The nearby BTS station made exploring the city so convenient.

Clean and Modern Room with Helpful Staff

The hotel was really clean and my room looked quite modern, complete with a kettle and a small refrigerator. I appreciated the spacious closet and the quality of the towels and linens. Plus, the front desk staff were super helpful and spoke English well, which made my stay even easier. One thing I think they could improve on is the late check-out policies, as flexibility would enhance guests' comfort.

The swimming pool was seriously refreshing! It was clean and inviting, we spent a lot of time splashing around. The staff welcomed us like we were family, offering us hibiscus juice right at check-in, it was surprising and felt personal.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Twin Room, and I really appreciated the nice decor and modern facilities. The hotel is conveniently located near a BTS station, making it very accessible for commuting. Plus, the restaurant serves amazing food along with a variety of plant-based milks for coffee, which was a pleasant surprise.

The only downside was that the swimming pool is quite small and not suitable for actual swimming.
